Puppet ringleader Kadyrov claims Gakayev acts under orders from Zakayev

Publication time: 13 October 2010, 02:51

The ringleader of Chechen puppets Kadyrov claims that Zakayev, who lives in London, has allegedly asked Hussein Gakayev, who has recently been recently proclaimed by a group of Chechen commanders who violate their Sharia oath, as their Emir, to organize a raid on the village of Khosi-Yurt (aka Tsentoroi).

"It was a Zakayev's plan. He asked Gakayev to organize an attack on Tsentoroi in anticipation of a so-called Chechen congress in Warsaw, promising at the same time to recognize Gakayev as a leader. Zakayev said that the events in Tsentoroi would be discussed, and this would enhance the credibility of Gakayev", Kadyrov said at a session of a so-called "congress" on Tuesday in the occupied capital of Jokhar. Kadyrov has also vowed to take a revenge on Zakayev.

It is to be recalled that on Tuesday, in an interview with the Russian invaders' Kommersant newspaper, Zakayev said he was going to "consult with representatives of Gakayev". Earlier, Zakayev said that one of the Chechen commanders from the group of Gakayev, Aslambek Vadalov "was not a Wahhabi" and "was ready to negotiate with Russia".

Zakayev said that the Gakayev's group was going to appoint a "new government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria".

Zakayev hinted that Hussein Gakayev would appoint him as the prime minister. "The new government is likely to include people who live in Chechnya, but the prime minister will be sought outside Chechnya", Zakayev promised.
