Despite of the complete informational blockade, in which invaded Chechnya is living, the news unpleasant for Moscow are still leaking out of the mass media, stating that the war is still going on in allegedly "pacified Chechnya" on the eve of Putin's departure from the Kremlin.
Monday morning the report was received that the night before in the city of Jokhar (former Grozny) 10 pro-Russian collaborators the murtadin were killed and wounded as a result of successful combat operations carried out by Chechen Mujahideen.
The Mujahideen blew up a gang of pro-Russian puppets in Maskhadov (former StaroPromyslovsky) District of Jokhar.
The Russian invaders admit that the collaborators were blown up right at the moment when they were patrolling the town of Tashkala. The landmine was planted on the side of the road and set off exactly at the moment when the gang of murtadin was passing. 2 of the injured Kadyrovans are now in serious condition and 3 more survived shell-shocks. One Russian-made military UAZ jeep was totally destroyed.
Interestingly, these are the exact figures that the Russian invaders the kuffar had reported initially. But only several hours later that report was corrected as usual. In the final "confession" the Russian invaders announced that 4 pro-Russian murtadin were killed and 1 wounded.
Several hours before the blast in Jokhar another sabotage unit of Chechen Mujahideen attacked a motorcade of the Russian invaders near their main military base in Khankala. The invaders' command claims that only 1 invader was allegedly killed and 2 UAZ jeeps destroyed in the attack. No other details have been reported.
The invaders have to admit that with the coming of the spring Armed Forces of the Caucasus Emirate have significantly enhanced their combat operations and increased the sabotage attacks. The invaders reported that additional troops have been brought and additional armed patrols have been deployed on the streets in expectation of the Mujahideen attacks in the city Jokhar and other cities and villages of Wilayah Ichkeria.
Meanwhile combats and clashes have also been going on in the foothills and mountains. The invaders have no choice but to report about some of them. Others are being consistently hushed up.
In the morning of May 2, 2008, a battle between a unit of Mujahideen and a united gang of collaborators and invaders took place near the village of Roshni-Chu. The battle lasted for several hours. This information came from the local residents who heard the cannonade and saw the helicopters evacuate the killed and wounded.
Mujahideen forces ambushed the invaders and collaborators, who were going to conduct a large-scale "sweep operation" in the woodland, where the unit of Mujahideen was allegedly deployed, as the kuffar had thought.
According to the updated reports, 6 murtadin and 2 Russian kuffar were killed in the battle. 2 more murtadin and 1 kafir were wounded.
The report also accurately stressed that at least 2 murtadin from the village of Roshni-Chu and 1 murtad from Urus-Martan were among those killed in the clash. No casualties among the Chechen Mujahideen have been reported.
Nothing was reported about the battle by the Russian side or the local puppets. The only statement that was made an hour after the Kavkaz Center issued the publication was about the "shootout" during which 1 murtad and 1 Russian kafir were killed. At the same time there are discrepancies present in the reports released by the Russian side, as usual. Some reports claim that only 1 murtad was allegedly killed and 1 Russian kafir wounded. Other reports claim that 3 murtadin and kuffar were wounded.
It should also be reminded that a large-scale combat operation was carried out two weeks ago, on April 20, 2008, in Urus-Martan and Achkhoi-Martan Districts, during which units of Southwestern Front of Armed Forces (under the command of Amir Tarkhan) of the Caucasus Emirate "cleansed" several towns and villages from Kadyrov's murtadin: Bamut, Yandi-Kotar, Ashkhoi-Kotar, Gekhi-Chu and a number of other villages; 23 Kadyrovans were eliminated.
Russian invaders (kuffar) and local collaborators (murtadin) never reported about the raid that Mujahideen had conducted. They only stated that "early morning of April 21 two armed men in camouflage uniforms set the building of the village council on fire in Bamut; and in Shalazhi three unidentified men in masks kidnapped the local policeman".
Growing intensity of combats in Chechnya apparently makes the Russian invaders irritated, since they have already expressed indignation with the ringleader of Chechen murtadin Kadyrov.
Kavkaz Center's source reported that a word exchange happened between Kadyrov and Russian generals on April 30 during his meeting with the invaders' command. The invaders accused Kadyrov of telling lies and being unable to handle the Mujahideen. They reminded Kadyrov that he was the one who promised to finish off the Mujahideen before April 1. Moreover, the generals stated that they are sick of constant lies that Kadyrov is telling.
Kadyrov in turn accused the generals that the troops of the Russian invaders are not providing the proper assistance to his gangs and that he allegedly "has to fight all alone" against the Mujahideen.
The source reported that both sides remained displeased with each other after the meeting was over.
Among all these events there was also a symptomatic statement made that the military prosecutor's office will be the one to handle the "case" of Badrudi Yamadayev, whose apprehension and arrest Kadyrov demands. In other words, Kadyrov was deprived of the opportunity to take "justice" into his own hands and deal with Yamadayev by himself, after the ringleader of Chechen murtadin had started brawling with him for the right to be the main Moscow's puppet.
Up until this day Kadyrov has been pretty successful in consistently removing his competitors. However, with Putin's departure the attempt to get another competitor out of his way has encountered a serious obstacle.
The rumors that the new master of the Kremlin Dmitry Medvedev intends to get rid of Kadyrov as the most odious legacy of Putin are apparently making Kadyrov nervous. Kadyrov's nervousness cannot even be concealed by pompous horserace in Gudermes to honor Medvedev's enthronement in Moscow.
As far as the verbal squabble with the Russian generals along with the apparently annoying presence of "wanted" Badrudin Yamadayev right in his house on May 1, where the Yamadayev brothers had a little "mawlid", these events are only increasing the discord and dissent among Kadyrov's circle, which is ready to turncoat to the new Kremlin's favorite at any moment.
