Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds! May peace and blessings of Allah be upon the Prophet Muhammad, who was sent by the Most High to people with the Religion of truth and righteousness, to lead the mankind from the darkness of ignorance to the light of Faith.
Every Muslim must believe in Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful, the Oft-Forgiving, Who created the universe and created the man, Allah, Who feeds us and cares about us, Who, and He has no associates in it, is deserving any praise and sincere worship.
Everyone of us is obliged to believe in Allah's angels, who are created from light to rigorously execute commands of the Lord; to believe in His scriptures: the Torah, the Gospel, the Psalms and the Qur'an; and to obey commands of Allah, sent down in the Holy Qur'an, the best and the only unaltered Book of the Lord.
Everyone is obliged to believe in Allah's Prophets and Messengers, may peace be upon them, and to follow the guidance of the last Prophet Muhammad, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, after whom there will be no more prophets; and to believe in Allah's predestination with all its good and evil, because everything in Allah's kingdom happens by His will.
A Muslim is also obliged to believe in the Day of Resurrection, when all people will be resurrected and appear before their Lord, Who will bring them to account, and truth and justice will prevail, because Allah hates lawlessness. That great Day righteous ones will enter the Paradise, and sinners will become the fuel for the Hell fire.
Today every Muslim with no exception must carry out the mission of the Islamic call, and by the great mercy of the Most High, despite colossal efforts of kuffar, despicable munafiqin and murtaddin, Islam and Iman find their place in hearts of more and more slaves of Allah, including people in Europe and other places.
Positions of Islam get stronger day after day. In different places of the earth, Muslims more and more louder call the mankind to fulfill its obligation to observe the laws of Allah and to reject everything that contradicts His orders.
Somebody is accusing the Mujahideen of unwise behavior for raising the military banner of Jihad against Rusnya while conditions are unequal etc. Their tongues are not tired of accusing the Mujahideen in things that really happened and things that never happened. They are forgetting that the victory comes from Allah exclusively, and it depends only on His will.
The victory can come from a direction we never expected it to come, we can sleep in one situation and wake up in a completely different one. And the reason for these changes could be a single Mujahid, armed by a handgun and his belief in Allah, who does not spare his life and efforts in fighting against the huge crowd of kuffar and murtaddin running near them. Maybe it were shots fired by this Mujahid, that by the will of Allah, take away lives of hundreds of thousands kuffar from a million that the population of Rusnya loses every year.
We are forgetting that our mission is to obey the orders of the Most High and fulfill His will, and not look into expediency of these orders. In actions of many companions we can see deeds, that simply cannot by explained in any way from the "expediency" point of view, but on the other hand, they can be explained from the point of view of fear of Allah and exceptional devotion to Allah's cause.
So Muslims of Caucasus declared their State, the Caucasus Emirate, and they strain every effort to establish laws of the Most High in this territory.
To achieve this goal our immediate task is to expel Rusnya invaders from this land, and also make explanatory work among the population and misguided Muslims.
During the autumn-winter period Mujahideen of the Wilayah Ghalghaycho (Ingushetia) of the Caucasus Emirate carried out a number of successful military operations against kuffar, local munafiqin and murtaddin.
Particularly:
23 Sha‘ban 1428 (05.09.07). Mujahideen attacked with assault rifles and grenade launchers the main base of kuffar in Malgobek. As a result of the attack several kuffar were killed and wounded.
25 Sha‘ban 1428 (07.09.07). A murtadd, member of police, shot dead in Karabulak.
27 Sha‘ban 1428 (09.09.07). Mujahideen attacked with assault rifles and grenade launchers a checkpoint manned by kuffar from the "internal troops" of the Russian Ministry of Interior. As a result of the attack several kuffar were killed and wounded.
27 Sha‘ban 1428 (09.09.07). The Mujahideen once more attacked with assault rifles and grenade launchers the main kuffar base in Malgobek. At least two kuffar were eliminated, several wounded. Mujahideen did not suffer casualties and returned to their operating base. Kuffar allegedly tried to pursue the Mujahideen and shot dead two Muslims not far from the place of the attack, and declared, as ever, that the killed men participated in the attack.
We officially declare that these two men had nothing to do with the Mujahideen and their only fault was that they Ingushes happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
30 Sha‘ban 1428 (12.09.07). A murtadd serving in the traffic police eliminated in the village of T'oy-Yurt (Kantyshevo).
2 Ramadan 1428 (14.09.07). The main police station in Nazran attacked with gunfire.
3 Ramadan 1428 (15.09.07). A car carrying Russian "internal troops" attacked with gunfire near Ekazhevo village. As a result of the attack, two kuffar were eliminated, one was seriously wounded.
3 Ramadan 1428 (15.09.07). The Mujahideen attacked with grenade launchers a checkpoint on the Ekazhevo crossroads, manned by kuffar and murtaddin from the traffic police. As a result of the attack, one of the rounds hit a private house, wounding two children.
We acknowledge that this attack was carried out by the Mujahideen, and we are ready to be held responsible according to the Shari‘ah, for the damage inflicted on Muslims, although that round could be fired by kuffar too.
4 Ramadan 1428 (16.09.07). A kafir convoy with Russian "internal troops" attacked in Ebirg-Yurt (Troitskaya) village. As a result of the attack several kuffar were wounded.
4 Ramadan 1428 (16.09.07). The main police station in Nazran attacked with grenade launchers.
5 Ramadan 1428 (17.09.07). A particularly dangerous, high-ranking murtadd Alikhan Kalimatov, an FSB operative from Moscow, was eliminated on Rostov-Baku highway, not far from Ghazi-Yurt village. Earlier, the Mujahideen issued a separate statement regarding this operation.
6 Ramadan 1428 (18.09.07). A high-ranking murtadd, the chief of the criminal investigation dept. of the Sunzha district police station, was eliminated.
7 Ramadan 1428 (19.09.07). An UAZ belonging to police commandos attacked in Nazran, several people were wounded.
7 Ramadan 1428 (19.09.07). A Gazel van carrying kafir police commandos from Rostov attacked in Nazran. Two kuffar were eliminated, several seriously wounded.
8 Ramadan 1428 (20.09.07). A Niva carrying kuffar from the "mobile squad" of the Russian Interior Ministry attacked in Nazran, two were killed and two wounded.
8 Ramadan 1428 (20.09.07). A military Ural truck belonging to kuffar attacked near Yandare village.
9 Ramadan 1428 (21.09.07). A mobile group of Mujahideen attacked kuffar from FSB riding in a car not far from Magas town. Two kuffar were eliminated.
When the Mujahideen were returning to a base, their car for technical reasons stopped between Ekazhevo and Ali-Yurt villages. It gave kuffar an opportunity to surround the car and the Mujahideen. The Mujahideen requested reinforcements.
As a result of the battle, a BTR was put out of action, an FSB Gazel was riddled with bullets, killing all its passengers. One Mujahid was martyred, in sha'a Allah, others returned to their base.
11 Ramadan 1428 (23.09.07). A checkpoint manned jointly by Russian "internal troops" and police from Malgobek attacked with assault rifles and grenade launchers. As a result of the attack, three kuffar and murtaddin were wounded.
14 Ramadan 1428 (26.09.07). A BTR belonging to Russian "internal troops" was put out of action by a grenade launcher near Galashki village.
22 Ramadan 1428 (04.10.07). Murtadd Timur Yandiyev, a police officer from Karabulak, was eliminated.
28 Ramadan 1428 (10.10.07). A checkpoint manned by Russian "internal troops" attacked with assault rifles and grenade launchers near Ekazhevo village. As a result of the attack several kuffar were wounded.
7 Shawwal 1428 (18.10.07). Four kuffar from the "mobile squad" of the Russian Interior Ministry were eliminated near Ekazhevo village.
10 Shawwal 1428 (21.10.07). An Interior Ministry checkpoint was attacked with grenade launchers in Nazran.
20 Shawwal 1428 (31.10.07). Mujahideen carried out explanatory work among the population. The explanatory lecture was read to visitors of a sauna near the Altiyevo market.
It is not a secret for anybody, what kind of filth is taking place in such facilities. The Mujahideen explained to the visitors and owners of the sauna all viciousness of such behavior and called them to repentance before Allah and return to the true path of piety and righteousness.
27 Shawwal 1428 (07.11.07). A car carrying the chief of the Sunzha district police station attacked in Ordzhonikidzevskaya.
28 Shawwal 1428 (08.11.07). Kuffar from the "temporary operational grouping" of the Russian Interior Ministry attacked in Karabulak. As a result of the attack, two kuffar were wounded.
2 Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1428 (12.11.07). A car with kuffar attacked in Nazran. As a result of the attack, one kafir was killed, three wounded.
4 Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1428 (14.11.07). A high-ranking murtadd, Salman Arapkhanov, chief of the transport police, was eliminated.
7 Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1428 (17.11.07). Several grenades were fired at a house in Ekazhevo village, belonging to a murtadd complicit in series of crimes against Muslims.
12 Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1428 (22.11.07). An explosive device was set off near a house in Surkhakhi village, belonging to a local puppet police "divisional inspector". It was the last warning, after which, in the case of continuing his filthy work, this murtadd will be eliminated, in sha'a Allah.
3 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (06.12.07). A military patrol bombed in Nazran. As a result of the bombing, one kafir was eliminated.
5 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (08.12.07). A car carrying FSB and Interior Ministry members attacked with gunfire. According to intelligence information obtained by the Mujahideen, a member of the FSB gang sentenced by the court to liquidation, known as Abadiyev, a Nasyr-Kort village resident, was among them. He participated in murdering a young Muslim, Dalakov, in Karabulak. By the will of the Most High, all criminals were wounded, but stayed alive. Still alive...
8 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (11.12.07). A police commando was eliminated.
10 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (13.12.07). A checkpoint manned jointly by Russian kafir "internal troops" and murtadd police from Malgobek attacked with grenade launchers in Malgobek.
11 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (14.12.07). A murtadd, Amir Medov, a member of the personal protection team of the puppet Minister of Internal Affairs, eliminated in Surkhakhi village.
21 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (24.12.07). A police building attacked with grenade launchers in Nazran.
24 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (27.12.07). An armored UAZ carrying kuffar riddled with bullets near Surkhakhi. As a result of the attack, two kuffar (a major and a private) were eliminated, two (a colonel and a private) wounded.
1 Muharram 1429 (09.01.07). Two Niva cars carrying kuffar and murtaddin were attacked near Nesterovka village. As a result of the attack, one murtadd was eliminated, one kafir wounded.
6 Muharram 1429 (14.01.07). A gambling hall, the place of vice and deception, was blown up. The same will be done in the future till all gambling facilities, forbidden by the Shari‘ah, are closed with no exception.
8 Muharram 1429 (16.01.07). A murtadd Movsar Martazanov, a police commando, eliminated in Karabulak.
12 Muharram 1429 (20.01.07). The main post office and the main Nazran police station buildings were attacked by grenade launchers. As a result of the attack, expensive equipment used by kafir intelligence services for espionage and their own communication needs was put out of service.
15 Muharram 1429 (23.01.07). A BMW carrying kuffar was attacked in Ebirg-Yurt (Troitskaya) village. As a result of the attack, three kuffar were wounded.
As we stated earlier, the Mujahideen will carry out work aimed at detecting and destroying property belonging to enemies of Allah, which they obtained at the expense of Muslims. Accomplishing these tasks, the Mujahideen carried out following attacks:
30 Sha‘ban 1428 (12.09.07). "Matritsa" cinema, belonging to the so called "Ingush republic government chairman" Ibrahim Malsagov, was attacked with grenade launchers.
This cinema for the entire period of its existence did not show a single decent movie, let alone a film promoting Islamic values. On the contrary, this building houses meetings of the "Yedinaya Rossiya" kafir party, different concerts, corrupting our people and inculcating culture and way of life alien not only to Ingushes, but to people of entire Caucasus.
10 Ramadan 1428 (22.09.07). An oil refinery de facto belonging to Ruslanbik Zyazikov, one of the leaders of the local puppet authority, attacked with grenade launchers in Karabulak.
5 Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1428 (15.11.07). "Matritsa" cinema in Nazran was once again attacked with grenade launchers during a concert. This attack was aimed at stopping that cynical show and discouraging interested persons from visiting such concerts in the future.
6 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (09.12.07). A house belonging to the so called mayor of Nazran city, Magomed Tsechoyev, was attacked with grenade launchers. This is a shameless man without conscience, who fleeces ordinary Muslims using distribution of land lots, and on any other occasion. Besides, he was directly involved in breaking up of the November protest meeting, trying his hardest to demonstrate loyalty to kuffar and their puppet Zyazikov.
As a result of the attack, the house was considerably damaged. The work on this criminal will continue in the future.
30 Dhu al-Hijjah 1428 (08.01.07). A house belonging to the so called chief of president's administration, Alikhan Dudarov, attacked in Yandare. This criminal, in sha'a Allah, will surely get punishment he deserves.
9 Muharram 1429 (17.01.07). A house belonging to the so called government chairman, Ibrahim Malsagov, attacked in Nazran. Crimes of this person are also known to everyone, and the retribution with certainly come down upon him and all his property.
11 Muharram 1429 (19.01.07). A house belonging to the puppet Karabulak town administration chief, Zelimkhan Yevloyev, was attacked with grenade launchers in Yandare village. He is another outcome of the kafir system, a pathetic thief of Muslim property.
On 18 Muharram 1429 (26 January 2008) so called opposition, which competes with murtadd Zyazikov for the place of main puppets of Moscow, once again tried to draw our people into its struggle for power.
We, the Mujahideen of Wilayah Ghalghaycho, officially declare that we don't accept such methods and tricks. We don't differentiate between murtaddin who seized power today, and murtaddin like Musa Keligov and Mukharbek Aushev, who wish to seize it.
There exists the legitimate authority in Caucasus, and it is the authority lead by the Amir of the Caucasus Emirate Dokka Umarov, to whom Mujahideen of entire Caucasus, including Wilayah Ghalghaycho, swore allegiance. Only this authority, and no other, can be considered by Muslims as the legitimate authority.
In connection with the latest events we want to address the Muslims of Wilayah Ghalghaycho.
Brothers, the so-called opposition merely wishes to occupy Zyazikov's post. For this purpose they are ready to sell and frame the same people about whom they are not tired of twittering. That clique, lead by an infamous "duellist" Musa Keligov, a long time KGB agent, can't live without replacing one puppet with another.
In his recent statement Keligov claimed that he challenged to "a duel according to all the rules" the Military Amir of the Armed Forces of the Caucasus Emirate, Amir Magas. The question occurs, why would not such "hero musketeer" challenge to a duel Zyazikov, from whom he allegedly wants "to free" the Ingush people?
Maybe because they are from the same team of cardinal Pukin? And they don't hide it.
And let not that sorry musketeer worry, the Mujahideen will give him an opportunity to show his duellist features.
Keligov can't stop telling fables how he, in Rambo style, freed from captivity his brother. But today it is obvious that the only way to change the ruling regime is to eliminate Zyazikov. Why then Keligov and company don't eliminate him, while they have a big experience of such kind, money and contacts? That would be the most effective way.
No, they want to do it with the people's hands, in order to lump the responsibility on them, and in this way occupy the puppet president's position. Otherwise, their bosses in Moscow could become angry.
Why command people to close off the road in Sunzha district in order to prevent arrival of kadyrovites sent as reinforcements to Ingush police commandos? Isn't it simpler to send a special group with that Rambo Keligov, to organize an ambush and stop them with rain of bullets? Let them die in such battle for the people's sake, but the protest meeting will take place.
But they don't do it, because both Zyazikov and Keligov and all other fictitious defenders of people belong to the same breed, they are murtaddin, who deserve death, and in sha'a Allah, they will get what they deserve.
True Muslims don't fight in order to benefit kuffar or their puppets. Muslims kill and are killed in Jihad, but only for the the sake of Allah, in order to establish the law of the Shari‘ah, and not to replace murtaddin from Pukin's team to other murtaddin from the same team.
A book about the life of Prophet Muhammad, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, mentions an incident that occurred to him during the Makka period, before emigration to Madinah.
"Upon seeing considerable increase of Muslim forces after Hamzah and ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with them, embraced Islam, the Quraysh gathered on a council in order to decide what they should do about the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and other Muslims, in the first place.
‘Utbat Ibn Rabi‘ah, elder of the tribe Banu ‘Abd Shams Ibn ‘Abd Manaf, who enjoyed unquestionable authority among his fellow tribesmen, told to the Quraysh:
"O gathering of Quraysh, maybe I should talk to Muhammad and offer him something? Maybe he will accept our offer and leave us alone after we give him something!"
They agreed with him: "Of course, O Abu al-Walid, go and talk to him!"
And he went to the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who was sitting near the Ka‘bah, alone, and told him:
"O son of my brother! I know well, that you are one of the most noble men among us, but you brought your people something, that led them to a split, you called their beliefs stupid, you condemned the gods and religion of your fellow tribesmen, and accused their ancestors of disbelief! Listen what I am going to offer you, maybe something will suit you."
The Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said him:
"Speak, O Abu al-Walid, I am listening to you."
He said:
"O son of my brother! If you came with the purpose of obtaining wealth, then we will gather for you such amount of wealth, that you will be the richest among us.
If you need fame and respect, then we will ennoble you, and we will not take any decision without you.
If you seek power, then we will make you our ruler.
If you wish, you can choose any woman, and we will marry even ten of them to you, and if your talk is caused by an affliction of Jinn, with whom you can't deal by yourself, then we will invite a doctor, pay him and you will be cured!"
The Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, asked:
"Have you finished, O Abu al-Walid?"
He said:
"Yes".
The Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
"And now listen to me."
He said:
"I am listening."
Then the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, recited him following Ayat:
"In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Ha-Mim. A revelation from the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. A Book whereof the Verses are explained in detail - a Qur'an in Arabic for a people who know. Giving glad tidings and warning, but most of them turn away, so they hear not. And they say: "Our hearts are under coverings from that to which you invite us; and in our ears is deafness, and between us and you is a screen, so work you (on your way); verily, we are working (on our way)."
(Surat Spelled Out, 1-5).
And the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, kept reading Ayat of this Surah to ‘Utbah, who listened to him, leaning back on his hands. And when the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, reached the words of the Most High:
"But if they turn away, then say: "I have warned you of a Sa'iqah (a destructive awful cry, torment, hit, thunderbolt) like the Sa'iqah which overtook 'Ad and Thamud."
(Surat Spelled Out, 13).
Utbah covered the mouth of the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, with his hand, and started asking him in the name of Allah and kinship ties to stop uttering such words, because he was afraid that it will actually happen, and he said: "Enough!". ("The Life of the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him" by Safi al-Rahman al-Mubarakfuri).
So the Messenger of Allah, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, was offered the supreme power and other material goods in exchange for giving up calling to "La ilaha illa Allah". But he rejected that offer, condemning Muslims to further sufferings.
You see, he had an opportunity to act in following way: to accept power, and then, using "administrative resource", to impose Tawhid on all his subordinates.
He could declare a nationalist cause, appealing to Arabs who were at that time vassals of Persia and Byzantium, dependent from them, and he would be surely supported because of his temper, noble descent and big authority.
He could also declare different social appeals, in defense of the needy and slaves, and he would surely be largely supported by such masses.
However, he rejected all these variants. Because the way of establishing the Tawhid must be pure, straight and open. It can't be established, using as a cover some different slogans and appeals!!!
Establishing of the laws of Allah is the only goal and an obligation of every Muslim with no exceptions, and for this cause we can sacrifice our lives, lives of our loved ones and our people. In this case the Paradise is waiting us. And only the path of the Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, is the only right path to achieve the desired goal.
We, the Mujahideen of the Caucasus Emirate, chose this path, the path of the Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. We call on you to follow only this path, the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
They call you to sacrifice your lives for replacing one tyrant kafir on another.
Brothers, keep away as far as possible from these troublemakers and careerists, don't be that mass of people (disorderly crowd) that they will use and throw away when it will not be needed any more, or just simply make it another sacrifice to their bosses in Moscow.
Strive for the sake of Allah, and not for the sake of taghut, don't be deceived and wage Jihad, because only Jihad will free Muslims from humiliation and tyranny of kuffar, murtaddin and munafiqin, and will give you back your honor, security and human dignity.
