Jama’at “Shariah”: Our purpose is the restoration of Islamic state

Let Peace and Welfare be with the Leader of all Mujahideen Muhammad the Prophet, with his family and his Companions, and with all those who followed his path right up to the Doomsday.

The Press- service of Dagestani Jama'at "Shariah" publishes the written interview for the journalists of North-Caucasian department of "Radio Liberty", which were turned to the mujahadeen with the number of questions.

When and with what purpose is created your organization?

Jama'at "Shariah" is the combat structural subdivision of Caucasian Front. Amir of Dagestan Front is brigadier general Rabbani Halilov. On the question, with what purpose is created our organization (jama'at), we will answer by the words of imam Shamil. Imam Shamil to a question of Russian general about that, what wants the imam Shamil and what it attains, answered, that "nothing I more desire nor not about which more think, except as about introducing of Shariah among my Muslim brothers". Only in jihad the rescuing of honour and merit of Muslims, religion of Allah. Our jama'at is created in 1999 for the purpose of the restoration of Islamic state on the territory of Caucasus. Dzhamaat the "shariat" gave byte (oath) to amiru of the Moslems of the Caucasus. Jama'at "Shariah" has sworn in to Dokka Umarov, who is amir of the Caucasian Muslims.

Which tasks before yourself do you pose?

Our primary task is liberation of the Muslim land from the Russian occupation and the construction of Shariah state. Our purposes and tasks, in contrast to the kafir's political programs, are clear and intelligible to any Muslim. Each, who thinks himself as Muslim and he desires the establishment of the Word of Allah on Dagestani land, desires to live according to the Shariah Law, free on the validity, established by Allah Almighty, joins our ranks. We do not pay money and we do not buy voice. By the promise, given by Allah for the zeal on his way, and most valuable is paradise.

Why did you choose the way of armed resistance, but not political fight?

Jihad (battle) on the way of Allah is responsibility of each Muslim in the case of seizing even span of the Muslim's land. Jihad is also the sunnah of our Prophet (s.a.s.), who forewent the methods of political fight and conciliation with kufr and selected the way of the armed opposition. Moreover the fact that they name today "political fight" - is not more than the farce of infidels, regardless of where this occurs: be it the USA, Russia, Chechnya or Dagestan.

Who or what can serve as the object of your attack?

By the objects of our attacks are the terms of the bands, so-called "law-enforcement agencies": "FSB", "MVD", "procuratorship" and other. Legal military aims are the puppets of infidels - hypocrites from DUMD, unbelievers from "RPTS". Also according to Islam it is possible to kill those, who resist the call of Muslims and prevent the introduction of the Laws of Allah, who helps the enemy: in a word whether, by the matter whether, by money or by weapon.

Can be a person in the form of law-enforcement organizations, but without the weapon, the object of your attack?

Yes, of course. Occupiers kill unarmed Muslims, tossing up by them weapon and ammunition. Allah calls upon to war with infidels just as they war with us.

Can you indicate the source of your financing?

The basic sources of funds of the mujahadeen are the donations of Muslims, and also trophies. Praise to Allah, He does not leave His slaves. In essence, war on Caucasus is conducted on the money of Rusnya and by their weapon.

With what conditions can you stop resistance?

Resistance can stop with the condition of the wiping out of occupation forces from the land of Caucasus and the restoration of Islamic state on the Muslim's land.

Do you allow the possibility of dialogue or negotiations with the authorities?

Talks with the marionette authorities of Dagestan have not a sense, but a question of negotiations with Russian infidels will be solved by amir of the Muslims of Caucasus and the oppressed Muslims of Russia, by Dokka Umarov and by Shura (by council) of Muslims. But Allah knows better...
