In the name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate!
All praise belongs to Allah, Who having created us Muslims and favored us with Jihad, gave us an opportunity to conquer the Paradise. Let Peace and Welfare be with the Leader of all Mujahideen Muhammad the Prophet, with his family and his Companions, and with all those who followed his path right up to the Doomsday. And then...
This brief message is a reminder to Muslims about position of their battling brothers on Caucasus, an explanation for oppressed Muslims of Russia and the order for those who subordinates the soul to Shariah of Allah.
Successively Muslims of Ichkeria and Caucasus spend the eighth year in Jihad. Sincere believers get stronger in belief, hypocrites and traitors become stronger in disbelief, fear and hatred to Islam.
Situation is extremely clear and obvious. All masks for a long time are dumped, all persons are known. Traitors openly say about the treachery and are proud of it, spreading among people nasty thing and debauch.
Sincere Muslims go out for Jihad and search for the Mercy of Allah, openly battling with invaders and traitors.
Everyone receives that has deserved: mojaheds - freedom and Favor of Allah, hypocrites - humiliation in this life and severe punishment in the Hereafter.
The heavy losses were suffered by us in 2006, two our greatest leaders (Sheikh Abdul-Halim and Abdallah Shamil Abu Idris) became Shahids (Insha'Allah, are apprehended by mojaheds, as well as it is necessary to believing Muslims with patience and hope on decision of Allah, and He knows better.
Leaders of Muslims, as well as ordinary mojaheds, battle and perish, kill enemies and happen are killed. But our victims are in Paradise, and their victims are in the Hell, Insha'Allah!
On their place others come, stronger, impudent, proof. Wisdom of our Lord is those. AlhamduliLlah, we are happy with Allah, and He is Best of all patrons.
False propagation kafirs and hypocrites, broadcasting about the finish of war and successes of invaders, cannot change a real state of affairs. To hide the truth any time is possible, but the lie is powerless before sincerity and validity.
In view of our losses among the administrative board, we have reorganized some our military structures. Plans are corrected, tactics is changed, communications and coordination among separate divisions of mojaheds, directions and sectors are strengthened. The last autumn and winter send away on a greater spadework. Work on reorganization of activity abroad comes to an end.
Our divisions every day carry out scheduled military operations, causing to a loss to invaders and traitors. In one areas activity above, in others below, however work is not stopped anywhere.
Positions of mojaheds of the Caucasian Front become stronger. Activity of forces of Volga region and Ural Fronts is adjusted.
Thousand young men address to us with the request to enable them to take part in Jihad. Unfortunately, limitation of means does not allow to carry out their desire. Therefore many young Muslims, both in Ichkeria, and in other regions of Caucasus, (and also in Russia), will be organized in fighting jama'ats and operate independently. We understand and we welcome such initiative.
In spite of the fact that kafirs and hypocrites lie, threats, tortures, murders, abductions, violence and payoff in every possible way try to avert youth from the Jihad, many young Muslims choose way of Gazavat, a way of battle, honour and advantage.
As to traitors it is people, are afraid of FSB more, than anger of Allah. They has at all forgotten about destiny of millions native and close, fellow tribesmen which have been killed by imperial armies and are sent on foreign land, have frozen and have starved to death in the communistic reference in Siberia and Kazakhstan, have been burnt by napalm in the houses in the Chechen Republic under bombs of democratic Russia, have been to death stirred up in Russian concentration camps, have been stolen, tormented, tortured.
They says about revival of customs of people, spreading moral decay and debauch. Repeat advantage of people, exhausting it in shameful occupational slavery. Declare the law and the order, abducting, forcing, killing, beating, torturing people. Declare a good life and the light future, having transformed our country in one continuous concentration camp.
Many Muslims ask, why they are in such humiliated position. The answer on this question our Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.) has given more than 1400 years ago.
If you are satisfied with crops, grasp tails of cows and will leave Jihad Allah by all means will send on you humiliation which will not be removed from you until you will return to your religion. (Abu Daud, authentic hadith).
This answer is known by mojaheds of Caucasus as they knows the true price to false applications for friendship of enemies and their helpers among traitors, who sold the religion and honour, which have gone in service for kafirs. Therefore mojaheds of Ichkeria and Caucasus go out for Jihad as that is demanded with religion of Allah. And having left on Jihad and having returned to their religion, Muslims have found real Freedom.
It is an example for at whom the breast is compressed and heart when the militiaman is knocked on their houses grows cold. It is an example for those who as cattle suffice in mosques and bring on interrogation to a cabinet of the drunk inspector. It is an example for those who cannot bear humiliation any more and violence. It is an example for those who searches for an output what to be saved from the Anger of Allah.
Each sane Muslim should realize, that he is in the present humiliated position under anger of Allah until will execute the direct religious duty.
Islamic scholars say, If Jihad would appear in Islamic Ummah only after revelation of Qur'an, in Qur'an its obligation has not been mentioned so repeatedly and as in Sunnah there would be no proofs about its obligation up to the Doomsday. If Jihad would be only temporary deed, the Messenger of Allah (s.a.s.) would not warn Muslims:
Who has died, not having performed Jihad, and at all had no intention to perform it, that he has died with one of qualities of hypocrisy. (Muslim, from Abu Hureira)
Jihad is the worship, and one of the farz (duties), prescribed by Allah.
Allah says in the Holy Qur'an:
March forth, in any way you can and strive your utmost in the cause of God with your wealth and your lives, that is better for you, if you only knew. (Taubah, 45)
My message to battling Muslims of Caucasus and oppressed Muslims of Russia is my obligation before Allah as lawful Amir of Muslims, and the direct Order for those, whose souls are subordinated to Shariah of Almighty, and who wants to avoid His Anger.
Therefore:
- Any Muslim, who has reached majority, is obliged to take part in Jihad
- Muslims are obliged to create fighting groups (military jama'ats) and divisions on places, (in Russia and on Northern Caucasus), for conducting military actions. To adjust communications, coordination, to define the purposes and to strike blows. In case of impossibility to organize fighting group the Muslim is obliged to operate alone, relying on Allah, to plan and strike blows on the accessible military, political-administrative, information and financial and economic purposes
- The Muslims, having material means, are obliged to finance Jihad and to supply mojaheds by all necessary for conducting military actions. These Muslims also should help to the families of mojaheds and Shahids, to help by treatment of wounded persons and patients.
- The Muslims serving in power structures of the enemy, but afraid the Anger of Allah, are obliged to leave service. If on any important (before Allah) the Muslim cannot leave service he is obliged to help to mojaheds to warn them of danger, to deliver the necessary information, to reveal weaknesses of the enemy, to provide movement of mojaheds, to cover actions of mojaheds, to reveal most severe enemies of Muslims.
- The Muslims owning a word, either corresponding means, or corresponding professional skills, or corresponding knowledge, are obliged to explain position of Jihad, to call for Islam, to conduct information Jihad by all accessible forces and ways.
And for weak and sick Muslims, also as well as for children, the smallest duty is to ask Allah about success for mojaheds and a victory of Islam.
Also I call Allah Almighty as Witness, that I have explained, have warned and have ordered.
