Two Russian nationals have been killed when a rocket hit a power plant in southern Iraq. According to AFP Mujahideen on Friday targeted the Najibiya power plant north of the port city of Basra with mortars killing 2 Russians and one Iraq working at the site. Iraqi Mujahideen always said that all foreigners, including "diplomats" accredited by the illegal puppet regime in the American-occupied Iraq were their legitimate targets.
