The Russian dog Putin signed an agreement Saturday to cement Moscow's military presence in Tajikistan, establishing a permanent base for Russian imperialist troops that have been deployed in the country since before the Soviet collapse.
Tajikistan and Russia signed the deal on the long-delayed plans for the base for Russia's 5,000-strong terrorist entity "201st motorized rifle division". This gang fought against Muslims in Afghanistan after the 1979 Soviet invasion and retreated to Tajikistan in 1989 according to an AP report.
The Dushanbe base is part of Russia's attempts to reassert its influence in strategic, energy-rich Central Asia in response to the United States' higher profile in the region.
US troops are said to be deployed across the region for operations in neighboring Afghanistan. Last year, Russia opened a base in neighboring Kyrgyzstan - its first base abroad since the Soviet collapse.
Tajikistan and Russia have been negotiating on the base for months, with talks believed to have been delayed by greedy Tajik munafiqs demands for higher payment. The two "presidents", apostate Rakhmonov and dog Putin, hammered out a final deal over the summer.
The unit's commanders will be based in Dushanbe, while some troops will also be posted in two other cities, Kulyab and Kurgan-Tyube.
Before Putin's arrival, Russia's top military terrorist, a so-called "defense minister", Ivanov, said the forces would receive new aircraft as part of improvements to the division, but gave no further details.
