A Russian military instructor, Konstantin Khramov, died on Thursday (September 14) when a platform he was standing on crashed on the ground in a hangar at a Peruvian Air Force Base in the town of Talara. The Russian came to Peru to check military equipment, the Peruvian paper El Comercio reported on Saturday.
All Russian media kept a mum about the incident. The Russians conceal their military casualties not only in the Caucasus but in other countries as well.
