Taliban have besieged capital of Nuristan since September 15 and have called reinforcement from Laghman and Kunar.Taliban would soon launch general operations. While giving a message to puppet government officials and soldiers in Nuristan province, the official government spokesman of the Islamic State of Afghanistan Dr. Muhammad Hanif said, "It is a good chance for both officials and soldiers to part way with the puppet government and join Taliban ranks as they will not have this chance in the future." Meanwhile Dr Muhammad Hanif told IRIB Pashtu radio that Taliban forces attacked a US military base, Friday night (Sept. 15), in the Afghan province of Laghman, destroying two US vehicles and killing 5 of its occupants. IRIB
