Chechen president get the green light to use Special Services abroad

The National Information Service of CRI has distributed the brief press release in which it reported on the decision of the supreme body of government of CRI, the State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI, to grant authority to the head of the Chechen State to use the Chechen Special Services abroad for arrest and elimination of the international terrorists and the military criminals who are guilty of a genocide of Chechen people and sentenced by the Shariah Court to the extreme penalty.

The Press Release of National Information Service:

On June 8, 2006, operative session of State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI has taken place, on which granting authority to the president of CRI, the Amir of State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI, to use the Chechen Special Services abroad for arresting and eliminating of the international terrorists and the military criminals who are guilty for a genocide of Chechen people and sentenced by the Shariah Court to the extreme penalty, had been deliberated.

In conformity with the decision of State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI authority is given to the president of CRI, the Amir of State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI, to use the Chechen Special Services for arrest and elimnation of the international terrorists outside CRI. The coordination of activity of the Chechen Special Services on counteraction to the international terrorism is assigned to the Department of Special Operations (DSO).

The decision of State Defense Council Majlisul Shura of CRI has been commented by vice-president of CRI, the Military Amir Abdallah Shamil Abu-Idris:

 

"We give great value of compulsion of punishment of military criminals and the international terrorists, those ones who are guilty for genocide of Chechen people, for violence over the Muslims of Caucasus and all Rusnya (Russia). Owing to favour of the Allah our forces are increasing and our opportunities are increasing too. We are tracking down some especially odious figures. Nobody from criminals, insha Allah, will escape from fair punishment. Retribution will be carried out without a limitation period".
