Text of statement

Bismillahi-Rrohmani-Rrahimi

In the night from December 13 to December 14 the Mujahiddeen from the special unit of Kabardino-Balkarsky militant Jamaat “Yarmuk” carried through a special action against the so-called “Administration of the Federal Office for drugs distribution and circulation in Kabardion-Balkaria”. As a result of this action three drugs dealers and their driver were murdered, and a good number of armament was taken as trophies.

According to Shariah law, drugs smuggling and distribution is penalized with the death penalty.

Due to the efforts of this criminal department, the average number of drug addict per one hundred thousand persons in Nalchik and Maiski region of the Republic grew larger, than the average in the Russian Federation. It is easy to imagine the scope of this disaster in the whole republic.

Even in accordance to the significantly marked down data of the puppet structures, because of this criminal department»s activities, more than nine thousand people in the republic is registered as drugs addict, including 946 women and 104 teenagers.

Drugged persons commit almost every third crime in the republic, mainly in order to get some money for a next dose.

Besides that, drug addiction is rapidly growing younger. According to the results of the investigation, 3% of school children in Nalchik have tried drugs at least once.

In Kabardino-Balcaria it is no longer a secret that drugs trade in KBR is being controlled by the Ministry for Home Affairs of the republic, and the routs of potion delivery to the republic are provided by the republic FSB. Everybody knows that usually drug dealers worry-free deliver and sale the potion in the flats, belonging as a rule to the same porch as any militiaman»s flat. On completion of the action the Mujahiddeen safely returned to their bases.

Allahu Akbar!

Russian officials earlier said they suspected so called “islamic extremists”, called “wahhabites” in Russia, were behind the attack.

For weeks, tensions have been running high in Nalchik, since Russian authorities closed many of the city’s mosques, to weaken the «extremist groups».

Russian Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev described the entire North Caucasus region a ««breeding ground for Wahhabism».
